What is the Service Request Process?
The DSET service request process is the end-to-end flow between the customer delivering their need to the DSET laboratory and receiving the result as a court-admissible report or recovered data. The process typically begins with a phone call, continues with a confidentiality agreement, reaches the laboratory via shipping or in-person delivery, free diagnosis is followed by operation approval, recovery or examination, and finally encrypted delivery.

Confidentiality agreement (NDA)
If your request is approved, a mutual confidentiality agreement is signed. Your data and case are never shared with third parties. The process operates in KVKK-compliant manner.

Delivery of device to the laboratory
Send your device via shipping or deliver it by hand to our Ankara Hacettepe Teknokent address. We share packaging instructions. Insured shipping is recommended.

Free diagnosis (24 hours)
After the device arrives, a status report is prepared within 24 hours. The list of recoverable data is extracted for data recovery, the scope of examination for digital forensics. A fixed price quote is offered.

Operation approval and laboratory process
Once you approve the quote, the laboratory process begins. PC-3000 and clean room are used for data recovery. ISO/IEC 27037-compliant examination is performed with EnCase, FTK, Cellebrite for digital forensics.
