In standard recovery scenarios the analysis is free. For emergency service and previously opened devices 2500 TL plus VAT applies.

How do I send my device?

Use an anti static bag or the original packaging; insured shipping is recommended. The shipping label is displayed on your tracking page.

Your device password is encrypted with AES 256 GCM. Access is recorded in the audit log and is not visible to the customer.
