Bilal Karaarslan
Creator of KAOS, head of the DSET technical team. One of Turkey's leading specialists at the intersection of artificial intelligence, autonomous security systems and reverse engineering.
Bilal Karaarslan, is married and a father of three. He has dedicated his career to the front lines of Turkey's fight against cyber crime, and today is the mind behind DSET's flagship artificial intelligence security engine, KAOS. He represents a rare profile in our country: an expert who unites real operational law enforcement experience with deep, research grade mastery of artificial intelligence.
Public Service and Cyber Crime
Bilal Karaarslan served for many years in the most critical roles at the Cyber Crimes Department of the Turkish National Police (Emniyet Genel Müdürlüğü Siber Suçlarla Mücadele Daire Başkanlığı). He stood at the very center of investigating, analyzing and dismantling the most complex cyber threats targeting Turkey, building a level of operational instinct that cannot be learned from a textbook.
International Stage
He represented Turkey at INTERPOL meetings and received advanced training in both Russia and the United States, absorbing the methodologies of the world's leading cyber units. He represented the Turkish National Police at CYPSEC, the renowned hacker competition, and took the stage as a keynote speaker there and at many other national and international conferences, where his ability to translate elite technical work into clear strategic insight set him apart.
Artificial Intelligence: The Heart of His Work
Bilal Karaarslan works at an advanced level in artificial intelligence and software reverse engineering, and it is in AI that his work reaches its sharpest edge. While most of the industry was still treating AI as a buzzword, he was already engineering autonomous systems: multi agent architectures in which dozens of specialized AI agents reason, collaborate and act on a target without human micromanagement.
He is the creator and chief architect of KAOS, DSET's 100% local, zero API dependency, self healing artificial intelligence security engine. KAOS does not merely scan; it reasons. It generates its own exploits, verifies them in a controlled sandbox so it never reports a false positive, learns from every confirmed finding through a vector memory, and even repairs its own code. Designing a system at this level demands fluency across large language models, agent orchestration, adversarial machine learning, binary level reverse engineering and secure system architecture, all of which converge in his work.
