Cookie Policy
The DSET website (dset.com.tr) uses a limited number of cookies for functional and security purposes. This page transparently explains which cookies we use and for what purpose.
1. What Is a Cookie?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They allow the site to recognize you, remember your preferences and protect the security of your session.
2. Cookies We Use

|---|---|---|---|
authjs.session-token | Strictly necessary | Admin panel session management (only the /c/ area) | 8 hours |
authjs.csrf-token | Strictly necessary | CSRF attack protection (form submission) | Session |
dset_consent | Strictly necessary | Cookie preference records | 1 year |

3. Local Storage
Unlike cookies, browser local storage is not sent to the server. DSET stores the following information locally:
dset_theme— dark/light theme preference (default: dark)dset_consent_v1— cookie consent status
4. Third-Party Cookies — Google Consent Mode
DSET uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-XNW6C85VL3) for visitor statistics. This tool runs with Google Consent Mode v2 and respects your choice in the cookie banner:
- If you have not granted "Analytics" consent: no cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) are written; no personal data or identity information is sent. Only anonymous, cookieless and aggregated measurement signals may be transmitted. - If you have granted "Analytics" consent: GA4 operates in the standard way; page views, visit duration and traffic source are measured via the
_gaand_ga_*cookies (up to 2 years). Your IP address is anonymized by Google.
Facebook Pixel, Twitter/X Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and advertising network cookies are not used. In addition, anonymous access logs are kept on our own server (retained for 12 months).
5. Managing Cookie Preferences
You can manage your cookie preferences in the following ways:
- On the site: select categories in the cookie banner at the bottom of the page
- Browser settings: all modern browsers offer an option to disable cookies
- Clearing local storage: via the browser developer tools (F12) → Application/Storage → Clear
Warning: if you disable strictly necessary cookies, core functions such as the admin panel and form submission will not work.
